Communicare was founded in . In 2010, the practice opened its doors in Glinde, near Hamburg.
The scope of speech therapy care was further expanded, particularly in rural areas, with the establishment of practices in Ilten (Sehnde) in 2018 and Seevetal (Maschen) in 2020.
